On-Site Service offers a 30 day return policy on trolling motor bracket parts, tubes and shafts, housings, control box bases, control box covers, steering gears, steering linkages, cables, pedals, propellers and miscellaneous mechanical parts. ALL products returned MUST be complete, contain ALL original packaging, labels, UPC codes on manufacturers packaging, all manuals, literature and documentation provided by the manufacturer. The Customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items. On-Site Service recommends that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In the event the customer receives an incorrect part, due to an On-Site Service error, the original shipping charges will also be refunded. In all other cases the refund shall be limited to the product purchase price. If the merchandise is damaged in shipment: It is BEST TO REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. If you accept a package you suspect may be damaged, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record so On-Site Service may file a damage claim. Electronic parts and components such as circuit boards, mosfets and pulse modulation type speed control boards are sold on a no return, no refund basis. This is due to the expertise requirements of the individual making the installation of these products.
New Trolling Motor Return Policy:
Since the customer is the best judge of his/her trolling motor requirements for his/her boat. New trolling motors may be returned within 15 days of receipt of the motor. Non-defective trolling motors will be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. The trolling motor must not have been installed of used. The motor MUST be returned in the original box and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, warranty cards and other documentation provided by the manufacturer. Prior to return, call 800-364-3949 for return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
New Trolling Motors found to be Defective:
Any motor found to be defective upon receipt shall be returned to On-Site Service, 246 County Road 1558, Alba, TX 75410, shipped United Parcel Service freight Collect, for repairs or replacement. The motor shall be repaired or replaced immediately at no cost to the customer. Or if the customer has a convenient Factory Authorized Service Center of the appropriate manufacturer near at hand he/she make take the motor to the Factory Authorized Service Center, if they so desire.
