Now, I am trying to buy a new model GARMIN GPS 76 of the same brand as the one I already have, but it is not available in Argentina. I have been writing to ######, which is a firm that trades through Internet, but I have not received any response yet. I found your site while searching the Web for parts to fit my "Skeeter by Motorguide" trolling motor. The site is beautifully laid-out and very well done so that it was easy for me to locate the part and record its stock number. I decided to call your "800" number so I could talk directly with a human being. (I don't have any problem ordering from a web site ... I just had some questions to ask and it's easier to do by telephone). I was gratified to hear a knowledgeable, gentle, East Texas lady on the other end. She checked availability, announced that the parts were, indeed, in stock, and I ordered them. That was on Thursday, December 7th. They were delivered on Friday, December 8th. Your parts were economical, correct, and delivered in the wink of an eye. You've guaranteed yourself a customer for life. I called this morning and asked you to destroy my Discover Card for me, leaving it behind was just one more contributer to a really bad three days at the lake. Everything that could have went bad did go bad plus we didn't win any money at the tournament. The only good thing that came out of it was the great service you gave to me in a time of great need, of course you always do. This is the third time you have had to fix my motor at the lake. I will sleep better tonight knowing my card isn't floating around somewhere, thank you for taking care of that for me and thank you again for repairing my motor in record breaking time. Oh by the way you have a really neat website.
- I was at Lake Fork for my first time yesterday and fished 30 minutes before running into trolling motor problems. I first went in your store to buy a prop pin but that was only the beginning of my problems. I loaded the boat and went to your store hoping you would tell me the problem and I was going to leave. I figured a local shop located on the lake was a definite tourist trap and the prices would be higher than anywhere else. I was amazed when you said you could fix the problem in about 45 min and was shocked at the low price you quoted me. You could not find anything wrong with the motor, but you still took the time to clean it up like new. It sounded better than new when you tested it in your shop. When I placed it on the boat I still had the same problem. Mr. Henson then stood out in the sun on a 105 degree day and completely diagnosed my problem, which turned out to be a bad battery. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, you aloud me to charge the battery for an hour at your shop. I went out that evening and saved the rest of my fishing trip!!! It is hard to find good people these days so I wanted to be sure and thank you for all your help. You and your staff (Johnny) are the greatest. Thank you for the fast and professional service on my boat and trolling motor and for going out of your way to help me. I wish more business owners were the same as you folks! Please pass this onto the young lady you were training when I was there. It is what sets you apart from all the rest!

I received my steering cable today 3-24-00 just as you said I would. I am very pleased to say that the cable worked perfect and I plan to take the boat out tomorrow and do a little crappie fishing. - I have an old Brute 750. I hit a pier, the top case and all the plastic parts therein broke. I called on March 21, and a wonderful woman helped me order the following:
control box cover, control box base, steering indicator, compression spring, indicator clip, rack guide, rack guide cover, ball bearing, ball bearing race cup. I received all the parts I ordered. Everything went back together perfectly. The problem is I still can't steer. I must still be missing a part or two. When I hit the pier the case flew apart. So, I'm not sure what else I am missing. There must be something that fits inside the rack guide that hooks up to the steering cable? My steering cable is smooth on the end, if that's any help. Sorry, for all the trouble. Please pass this along to the lady who answers the phone. She's a genius when it comes to figuring out what parts I need.

- The prop you sent me fits like it was made for my Pflueger Model 25. I didn't even have to use the 5/16" adapter, my motor shaft is 5/16" at the end
but about a 1/4" in it goes up to 5/8". Thank you for all the help and information. Joe Ramponi

They said they were going to ground ship the "power arm" or something like that. I guess that means not the base or rather the entire unit? Anyway they thought you would receive it on Friday. I wanted to express my appreciation to the two of you for your assistance in restoring my MotorGuide to working order this week. When my trolling motor quit working on the first day of my recent Lake Fork trip, I was disappointed to say the least. The main reason for the trip was to take my son, Tim, on a rare fishing trip. He is growing up and has little time to fish with the "old man". Knowing our fishing possibilities would be greatly limited without a working trolling motor made repairs crucial. I must admit, I was reluctant to take the unit to a repair shop on the lake. I was not sure, being from out of state, if a repair shop might try to take advantage of my situation, you proved my fears to be unfounded. I found your service excellent, your hospitality second to no one and your price inline with other service centers I have used. The advice you gave me on my old motor when it broke was right on the nose and was exactly what was wrong. You guys answered every e-mail I sent, no matter how strange it sounded, then helped me to order the right motor for it saving me money. Hello, Please take the time to read this short letter. I ordered my part late Friday night about 1:00AM after about a 45 minute search on the web. After finding your site, (The only one that I could find that had pictures of the parts!). I cannot tell you how impressed I was when I had a voice mail at 9:00AM suggesting a way to receive my part quicker and at a lower cost! The outstanding service that your company offers will be passed on to all of my boating and fishing friends, (and that's quite a few). - WOW! Just when I thought no one remembered what customer service meant.
All the smoke leaked out of my trolling motor and I was sure it was a total loss, I was ready to shell out big bucks for a new one. Then I stumbled on your site while researching what to buy. Now this all started on a Thursday evening. Friday I took my motor apart then found the website and decided to call about parts and technical advise. Friday afternoon, at the end of a pleasant conversation with a gentleman at Trollingmotorparts he told me he had already packed the box while we were talking. Before noon the following Monday I had my order (Texas to Iowa in less that two working days). You just made a customer of me and any one I know who needs trolling motor parts.
